the    In this blog, we know about BANK. Facilities provided by bank and interest rate change with the bank to bank.

BANK
“bank is financial institutions, deposits money from the source and creates credit.” Apex bank of India is Reserve bank of India, which controls all bank activity.

Bank is major two type:-
1.    Public sector bank
2.    Privet sector bank

    Public sector bank:-
In which majority of the stake is held by the government. Percentage ratio of gov. is more than 50%.

All the decision like interest rates is same is may not better like privet sector bank but in case of the loan, interest rates are comparatively lower than another bank.

Public sector bank fees and charges are marginally low. People open their account for savings, salary and make credits.

Two types of public sector bank is:-

    Nationalized bank
Example: -SBI, PNB, BOB
    State bank
Example: -airtel payments bank, HDFC, ICICI
    Associates bank
Example: - district banks

    Privet sector bank: -
In a privet sector banks, more portion of the stake owned by privet shareholders.

Interest rates are higher compare to the public sector because they want to attract more customers .service provide by privet sector is better to compare to public sector they provide 24*7 banking facility.

But some security reason better to choose public sector bank account.
